Employee Permits
For all permit types employees can choose to pay in full at the time of purchase, or pay monthly via automated credit card payments.
Your permit will be active immediately upon purchase. Permits are virtual and based on your license plate, so be sure to enter your plate correctly at the time of purchase. If you need to update the license plate linked to your permit please contact our office.
Employee Permit Options
Faculty/Staff Annual – Allows you to park in all parking lots and expires August 2027.
Faculty/Staff Academic – Allows you to park in all parking lots and expires May 14 2027.
Faculty/Staff Fall – Allows you to park in all lots and expires December 11 2026. Only purchase this permit if you know you will not be parking on campus in the spring. If you purchase a Fall permit and then need one in the spring, we will not adjust the price.
Faculty/Staff Y Lot Annual – Allows you to park in Y and Jackson lots and expires August 2027.
Faculty Staff Y Lot Academic – Allows you to park in Y and Jackson lots and expires May 14 2027.
Faculty/Staff Y Fall – Allows you to park in Y and Jackson lot and expires December 11 2026. Only purchase this permit if you know you will not be parking on campus in the spring. If you purchase a Fall permit and then need one in the spring, we will not adjust the price.
Service – Allows you to park in all parking lots for all day parking and in Service spaces as needed for projects or business services. Expires August 2027.
Payment Methods
Permit Cancellation
To cancel your annual permit, your permit will need to be returned to Parking Services. Permits can be returned by mail or in person. Once the permit has been canceled, we will issue a partial refund check to the mailing address we have on file based on date of return.

Payment Set Up
Monthly payments will be charged to your credit card once a month until the permit is canceled or expired.
Permit Cancellation
To cancel a monthly permit contact our office.
Delinquent Permit Policy
Permits that have an outstanding balance after the 15th of the month will be marked “delinquent”. You will receive an email notification if your monthly payment does not go through. If payment has not been made 3 business days after the delinquent notice,聽the permit will be disabled and you will be responsible for any citations received while the permit is deactivated. Once the balance is paid in full and we have been notified, the permit will be reactivated.
